Identify the concern before discussing it
Distinguish questions about how cells are obtained from questions about whether a treatment is effective, responsibly promoted or appropriately governed. People may agree with one application and disagree with another. Ask for a clear description of the cell source, consent process and intended use instead of treating all research or treatment as one practice.

- Is the objection ethical, scientific or about commercial practice?
